In addition to raw fibre supply, Padbrook offers a comprehensive range of dyeing and treatment services. Custom specifications and colour matching are available on request. All treated fibres comply with our certification standards.

Super Wash

Machine-washable treatment for wool tops and yarns, ensuring dimensional stability and consumer convenience for finished garments.

Chlorine Free

Machine-washable treatment without chlorine chemistry — delivering dimensional stability through environmentally responsible processing.

Total Easy Care

Comprehensive care treatment combining shrink resistance with enhanced handle, ideal for knitwear and woven fabric applications.

Soft Luster

Enhances the natural sheen and softness of wool fibres, producing a silkier handle and improved lustre for premium fabric applications.

Basolan

A controlled chlorination treatment that improves dye affinity and handle of wool, widely used in the production of high-quality tops.

Mercerised

Adds lustre and improves dye uptake uniformity, giving fibres a smooth, bright appearance suitable for luxury applications.

Carbonised

Chemical processing to remove vegetable matter from raw wool, improving fibre cleanliness and processing efficiency.

Custom Dyeing

Bespoke colour dyeing in 1–4 colours. Flame retardant and water repellent finishes also available to specification.
