RWS -The Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) is a certification for wool farmers and sellers that aims to improve the welfare of sheep and the land they graze on. The RWS standard requires certification achievers must meet rigorous animal welfare, land management and social requirements. www.rws.com
GOTS – the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) has a clearly defined set of criteria and is transparent. GOTS is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. www.global-standard.org
Cradle to Cradle– certification attempts to measure the environmental and social sustainability of your invention in five categories: material health, material reutilization, renewable energy & carbon management, water stewardship, and social fairness. www.c2ccertified.org
Land to Market – connects the products of the regenerated land to the consumer. The program verifies that the farmer or rancher follows regenerative agricultural practices via its scientifically rigorous Ecological Outcome Verification (EOV) plan. www.landtomarket.com
The SustainaWOOL Integrity Scheme – Certification provides benchmarks for minimum sustainability standards within the wool production system in Australia and provides integrity and traceability along the pipeline to consumers. www.sustainawool.com.au
